Katana Zero DLC Has Grown to the Size of a Full Sequel

Developer Askiisoft has shared an update on the long-awaited Katana Zero DLC, confirming that development is ongoing and that the expansion has grown considerably beyond its original scope.

In a recent tweet, Askiisoft said the DLC has grown to the size of a full sequel. The expansion will also feature a soundtrack containing more than 30 new songs.

Hi, everyone! I’m still working hard on the Katana ZERO DLC.

We made it bigger. It’s the size of a full sequel, plus a soundtrack of over 30+ new songs.

More updates to come. Thanks for your continued support!

Askiisoft originally announced the DLC as a free expansion, but it hasn’t clarified whether that pricing plan remains unchanged after the expanded scope.

Katana Zero is available on PC via Steam, mobile devices, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
